Looking for a part-time job that’s actually fun?
Brit-Am Soccer Academy is hiring energetic, reliable college students and young professionals to coach children ages 2 through 14 this fall. If you enjoy sports, being active, and making a positive impact on kids, we’d love to meet you.
No coaching experience? No problem. We provide training and mentoring to help you become a confident coach.

What You’ll Do
You’ll lead fun, high-energy soccer classes for children using creative games and age-appropriate activities. Every class is designed to keep kids active, smiling, learning, and excited about soccer.
You’ll work alongside a supportive coaching staff and receive lesson plans and ongoing guidance throughout the season.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Positive, energetic, and dependable
- Comfortable leading groups of children
- Excited to learn and grow as a coach
- A strong communicator with children and parents
- Available for at least one weekday or weekend coaching block each week
- Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Soccer playing experience is helpful but not required. We value enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn just as much as previous coaching experience.
Schedule
Programs are offered throughout Montgomery County and Northwest DC, including:
- Bethesda
- Potomac
- Rockville
- Silver Spring
- Chevy Chase
- Kensington
- Northwest Washington, DC
Typical coaching hours:
Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Seasonal opportunities are available during Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer.
Training
Training begins before the Fall season and includes hands-on instruction with experienced Brit-Am coaches, lesson plans, and mentoring to prepare you for leading your own classes.
